Hi I’m Georgie, a qualified reflexologist with a Level 3 Diploma, full insurance with the Federation of Holistic Therapists, and a passion for women’s health. My journey began in 2023 when a series of miscarriages sparked an interest in reflexology for fertility and pregnancy. I aim to create a restorative space that supports women’s wellbeing. Outside of the treatment room, I’m also a Data Analyst, identical twin, busy mum of two girls (and a cat), and an avid chocolate lover!

Your appointment will begin with a short consultation to explore your medical history, lifestyle, and overall wellness, allowing the treatment to be tailored specifically to your needs. Working through the feet, gentle pressure is applied to specific reflex points to help bring the body back into balance, release energetic blockages, and support the body’s natural healing processes. The session also includes a grounding foot massage to soothe the nervous system, and guided breath work to help you relax deeply and reconnect with yourself. To complete your treatment, we’ll take a few moments to reflect on the reflex points that were worked on and what they may reveal about your overall wellbeing. If working on the feet isn’t suitable, or if hand reflexology is preferred, then the hands can be used as a gentle and equally effective alternative. View less
